Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Rattib, a local-first freelancer workspace. The operator is Sarab.
Acceptable use
Use Rattib for your own work. Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with the service, try to access someone else’s account, or misuse the account system.
Accounts
You can use Rattib without an account. In that case your work stays on this device in this browser, and no payment is needed.
If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password to yourself. Use an email address you can open, because email verification and password reset are sent there.
Paid plans and billing
Paid plans, when offered, are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle takes your payment, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, and answers billing questions and refund requests. Sarab does not receive or store your card number.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The plan name, price, currency and billing period are shown at checkout, before you pay.
You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew.
If we change the price of a plan, we will announce it at least 30 days ahead, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Refunds
If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we will refund that payment in full.
Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
To ask for a refund, email company@sarabhub.me. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through the payment partner.

Your data
You can export your workspace at any time, using the backup option in Rattib.
Data you keep local stays on your device, whether or not you have a paid plan.
If a paid plan ends, the hosted copy of your workspace is kept read-only and exportable for 30 days, and then deleted.
You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time by emailing company@sarabhub.me.
Service provided as-is
Rattib is provided as-is. Sarab does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Egyptian law allows, Sarab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for workspace data that stayed only in your browser and was then cleared or lost on your device.
Termination
You may stop using Rattib at any time, and you may ask for account data to be deleted. Sarab may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the last-updated date at the top of this page will change.
If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell account holders by email or in the product before it takes effect. Price changes follow the notice of at least 30 days set out in Paid plans and billing. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel your plan and export your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
