Merchant of Record

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we will refund that payment in full. No reason is needed.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew.

Renewals

Renewal payments, monthly or yearly, are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Email company@sarabhub.me with the email you used at checkout. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Paddle.

You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.
